License plate frames designed to fit north American standard plates. Can go on front or back. Frame is plastic ABS chrome platted. Insert is a UV resistant waterproof clear resin polyurethane plastic, domed over graphics printed on automotive grade vinyl. 2 holes for mounting frame to your car. Frame comes with a set of 2 caps and washers to cover screws (not supplied). Your screws have to have head smaller then inside diameter of washer to fit properly. Enjoy.
