SHIPPING POLICY & Non Trackable Items
SHIPPING RATES Shipping and handling rates are based on the total weight and volume of your order and the postal code (zip code) destination & destination country for orders.
First Class mail has been discontinued to USA. Due to recent changes "First Class mail" has been changed to "Letter Mail". All commercial goods must be shipped to USA and International using a "Small Packet USA Service" which is barcoded and has a custom declaration. Please note that Small Packet Air service is Non Trackable. if you wish to track your order, please select the Trackable option.
Postal Returns due to wrong Shipping Address Please make sure that you shipping address is correct. If the package is returned to us due to a wrong shipping address, we will have to pay for the return to accept the parcel. At that point we will call you to see if you want it reshipped at your expense for the cost that we encored to receive the parcel plus the shipping to resend it to you.
Non Trackable Postage Option in Canada In most cases, we do offer a non-trackable postage option that costs less. Please note that this service has no tracking, and usually takes much longer to reach its destination since the label does not have a barcode. We are not responsible for delayed or lost envelopes or packages sent using this service.
Orders sent by mail on a printed order form At this point we no longer accept orders sent by mail. We suggest that you enter your order online since it will properly list the postal rates for your postage code. If you wish to send a check or money order, please select this option at check out.
