The Ukrainian School Council at UCA is the central body of Schools of Ukrainian Studies in United States.
The School Council was established in 1953 during the School Conference, where delegates from 22 schools decided to create a central body that should give directives and guidance for the private Ukrainian school system. The goal of Ukrainian schools was to preserve the Ukrainian language and Ukrainian culture by American Ukrainians.
