Defective items will be exchanged only for the same item, within 30 days of receipt.
We do not accept any returns or give credit to items returned without authorization. Items returned without authorization will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
We will issue a refund for the price of the item that you are returning that meets these conditions, and we have received the item.
If you refuse a shipment that you placed, or send it back without Authorization, we have the right to refuse it and you will be charged for all Postage or UPS fees associated with the package that you return. Please email us for a Return Authorization number.
