Shipping Disclaimer – Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packing and shipping your order. Once your package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. While rare, delays, loss, or damage can occur during transit. In order to receive compensation, make sure you select a shipping option that insures packages up to $100 Canadian.  if you fell you need more insurance, please select the option with the insured amount.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and photos (if applicable).
  • We will file a claim with the Canada Post and work with you toward a resolution. 
  • Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit, but we will do our best to help you recover your order or receive a replacement where possible.
