Chemical Grade Product crystal form for use with dyes. A few crystals added to any dye along with white vinegar, will allow for better coverage and vibrant colors. Add this product like 5 grains of salt per dye, Setting Powder is also a great dye booster for sluggish dyes when you want to super charge your dyes to give your eggs that extra boost of color!
NOTE THIS POWDER IS FOR ANY DYE THAT ALLOWS WHITE VINEGAR
Caution should be used when working with duck eggs, as Setting Powder increases the acid level in dyes.
For vinegar etching, you may also add this product to white vinegar to increase it's acid level. This product is not meant to totally replace the use of vinegar in dyes.
